申请进度：完成此表单仅表示已申请每门课程。收到您的申请并确认相应资格后，Uptime Institute 工作人员将审核提交的信息。我们将通过电子邮件通知申请方他们是否在候选名单中。申请方必须先付费才能加入所选的课程。我们需要 3-5 天的时间审核申请。我们将在周一至周五上午 7 点到下午 3 点（太平洋标准时间）审核申请方。

开发票：Upon acceptance to the waitlist the applicant will be invoiced for $4,985. If registering for a retest the applicant will be invoiced for US$1,000.00. 课程费用不包含出行费用或食宿。

支付：收到发票后请及时付款。如果申请方收到发票后未在 30 天内付款，那么我们将取消其资格。需要提前付款才能参加课程。我们收到全额付款后，才会在申请方所选的课程中为其注册。如果收到付款之前课程已满，我们会将申请方移至下个未满课程。

使用条款：At Uptime Institute's full discretion, the Professional endorsement may be suspended or revoked pending abuse of the terms of this curriculum or any aspect of the Uptime Institute Tier Program, including Tier and Operational Sustainability Certification. Uptime Institute Professional Accreditation represents neither license nor permission to deliver a) Tier Certifications of designs, b) Tier Certifications of constructed environments, or c) Operational Sustainability ratings or Certifications. Uptime Institute 保留 Tier Classification 系统设计和设施认证的权力。Uptime Institute 认证只能由 Uptime Institute Tier 认证权威人士提供。

取消：如要获得退款，请务必在课程开始前提前 30 天将书面通知发送给我们。如果我们在课程开始前的 30 天内才收到取消通知，则会将学费转到以后的课程中（仅一次机会）。签证遭拒的情况下将不予退款；学费可以转至以后的课程（仅一次机会）。
